The Octagon Center for
the Arts has announced that textile artist Jean M. Judd of Cushing, Wisconsin is one
of the artists selected for inclusion in the 46th All Media 2014 Art exhibition. The
exhibition is open to all media and methods including, but not limited to, clay,
fiber, paper, glass, metal, wood, painting, collage, photography, and
electronically based works. Artwork selected for inclusion in the exhibit includes:
Contaminated Water #6: Suspended
Particles.
Exhibit
juror Christina Chang, Curator of Engagement at the Minnesota Museum of
American Art, has selected 64 pieces from a submission pool of 360 artworks.
The exhibit opens on January 24, 2014 and is open through April 5, 2014. The
opening reception is on January 24, 2014 from 5:30 to 7:30pm. The address for
